In this Department Teachers are engaged to teach six subjects in Technical Education. Moreover, due to the inclusion of these subjects, Technical education claims equivalence with general education. For instance;
Mathematics: Mathematics is called mother of all sciences and provides the foundation for all researches and development of the modern ages.
Chemistry: This deals with the compositions of matter, changes that take place in matter and laws and principles which govern the changes in matter.
Physics: This deals with the study of forces, energy, light and different laws and principles and their uses.
English: In the present age of science and technology it is not possible to get knowledge of high level without knowing English as a language. English has become an international language as well as the language of science and technology. Major developments in the world are being done in the English language. In order to keep our youth acquaint with the development in advance countries, our students must have a good understanding of English language.
M.G.M. (Management) Management has become a subject of specialization and without knowing the basic principles of management no organization can be run. Hence the students at DAE levels are taught the basic principles of Management and Accounts so that they may be able to apply them in their practical life.
Islamiat and Pak. Studies: To be a good technologist one must be a man of good character, good citizen and good worker. This subject helps the students in building their character, develops a sense of humanity, and patriotism.
The teachers of Related Studies Department are post-graduates in their relevant subjects, so they are not only imparting knowledge effectively to the students but also providing help to the college authorities in academic, co-curricular and administrative duties.
