A teacher is appointed as a tutor for each class who has to look after all the affairs of the students of that class. For example attendance, fee concession, issuance of college identity card, sanction of all types of leaves, recommendation of all type of applications, issuance of character certificate, railway concession form, scholarships and aid of every type, matter relating Technical Board and issuance of academic certificates. Students will apply to the tutor and after his recommendation the application will be submitted to the head of the department. Applications submitted directly to the principal are not entertained.
